What sets Hotel Quintessence apart from other hotels and resorts is its devotion and attention to the smallest detail, especially when accommodating small corporate groups. There are no large conference rooms on site, but we can host your executive meeting or small get-together in our intimate Salon des Philosophes with access to our terrace. You may also choose among the two well-appointed restaurant areas which can easily be converted to meet your needs: Restaurant La Quintessence’s main dining room with lake views, the Winebar by the fireplace, or a Deluxe Suite on the 3rd floor equipped with all requested audio-visual technologies set up for smaller group. Here, a discreet, crackling fireplace provides a warm, comfortable atmosphere for meetings – a respite from the typical meeting rooms which you may be accustomed to. If guests have some free time and are interested in group activities, our dedicated concierge service will look after all the organizing and suggest unique experiences as well.

Hotel Quintessence is picture perfect: located right on the shores of Lake Tremblant, walking distance from the Mont-Tremblant ski and pedestrian village, and close to all amenities. Some groups prefer to meet and dine on-site, while others enjoy going out for lunch or dinner. We highly recommend La Forge Bar & Grill and Resto-Bar Le Shack, our proud business partners- both a short walk to Place St Bernard, right at the bottom of the ski slopes.

Some groups lodging needs may exceed our capacity (Hotel Quintessence features 30 suites and the Clagett Cabin on the property). In this case, part of the group may choose to stay here, while others can opt for nearby hotels. Groups of larger size are welcome to reserve our dining facilities only as well. We organize memorable events, including wine tastings and tapas group menus in an enchanting setting.
